Production and Preparation Time

Some of our products are handcrafted, while others are shipped from ready stock. Following payment and order confirmation, the production period for handmade items may take 25–30 business days. Processing time for in-stock items may be shorter.


Shipping and Delivery

All orders are shipped from Turkey. Orders are not processed on weekends or national holidays.

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping service, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Depending on your country and operational conditions, shipments are delivered via DHL, UPS, FedEx, Yurtiçi Kargo, or Aramex. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your shipping address.


Customs and Taxes

In some cases, import duties and taxes may apply depending on the local customs regulations of the destination country. These charges must be paid by the customer upon delivery. Customers are responsible for any applicable fees. Additional documentation may be required for certain orders, which could delay the delivery process.


Change of Shipping Address

For countries within the European Union, inter-country address changes are not permitted. However, changing to another address within the same EU country is allowed.

Shipping address changes are not possible if your order is being delivered to any of the following countries:
United States, Canada, Brazil, Switzerland, Japan, Indonesia, Australia, Cambodia, or Thailand.
